I am the director/producer of the serial “Dhoop Kinaare” and am not a regular computor person! so it was really good when a young friend made me read all these comments & the love people have for the song & the serial.
I just thought i’d tell you all that I had the song written.It was a visualisation of my thoughts about our giddy youthful days that go by only too soon!Its one of my favourite songs too!!And i have the full version too!!also i dont think Ali Haider has ever sung it.

Just went through the whole drama again and it feels like heaven. One cannot imagine such relief in a messy world of today by going back just 25 years. One does need purity within driven by some magical stuff. What emotions and what a representation. That’s what’s called “natural”! In my honest opinion, THE BEST Pakistani drama I have seen thus far.
@Sahira Ji: Ali Haider did sing it later on. You can search for his version on YouTube. And a BIG THANKS for such beautiful thought that you and Haseena Moin Ji placed not into the drama but into all of its songs. “Hansi khanakti hui…” is such a fit in the drama!

hi farhan….i have been searching for the complete version of hansi khanakti hui…it would be great if you could mail it to me…i am a die-hard admirer of Dhoop kinare and nayyara noor! i watched this serial when i was unaware of the meaning this drama sought to convey but today when i watch it over and over a billion times…every time it conveys so many untapped founts of emotions….do send me the masterpiece asap…waiting impatiently!

I Have loved dhoop kinarey since i first saw it as a child. Even then the music, raat yun dil mein teri and hansi khanakti hui has stirred my heart in a way no other songs have . I have only recently found it over the internet. I have been so madly in love with this drama as well as the music and was just too happy to have come across it .just a few years ago , i was gifed these vcds by a friend who knew how i loved the drama as in india where i stay its not easily available. Marina khan as well as all the actors have being just marvellous. My request to the director ,sahira kazmi is to make some more dramas like dhoop kinarey.there was so much of the right kind of emotion in it.also the relations shown are so beautiful. Cant stop talking about it. Where could i download the music,i would like to have the full version

My story is different when i listen this theme music and all songs, we visiting our relatives in Hyderabad(India), one of relative has collection of drama and they showed us Dhoop Kinary(though i was quite a child at that moment). this is a time less piece of art

First time I watched dhoop Kinare when I was 24 and it had left me crazy and now again when I am 49 I am in the same state.How could you make such a beautiful. It is beyond words.
I am another huge fan of this drama from India. Where does one get a good DVD of it? The one released by Farhan Trading is very poor quality.

Thanks Farhan. One understands – it’s such an old production. But it continues to enthrall and move one so intensely. It has just the perfect combination of elements. Every adjective seems an understatement. One can’t stop raving about it. Wish there were more such programmes being made, certainly amongst the current crop of what we are fed with!
